Following a successful first year engagement with Sharing in Growth, AML Sheffield has recently held a Strategy refresh with the support and facilitation from SIG and IFM. With ambitious plans in place, the strategy was required to identify critical decision points, that will enable the ambitions to be met.
On the 2-day workshop, AML Operations Director Mark Hands commented: “We have seen record growth in the last year, and the vision of the business is for this to continue. With the support of SIG and IFM we were able to pull together a roadmap of critical decisions that will give us the best opportunity to achieve our growth plans. The sessions were a real success”.
