The Team at AML channel their inner Lionesses!

As part of the SIG (Sharing in Growth) Lighthouse project that AML is currently participating in, SIG invited key personnel from AML to take part in the ‘Self Awareness & Motivation’ course which was run by Simon Forster from Inspire Training Solutions. As seen in the picture, the participants are understanding what it takes to form a powerful team… no doubt breaking the record for the speediest transfer of balls around the room that Simon Forster, Gareth Davies and Duncan Riley have ever seen!!
